ISB – Yes Bank Corporate Golf Challenge, October 31, 2010

Golf is a special game that enjoys wide appeal amongst the decision makers of the corporate sector. It provides the requisite platform for industry veterans to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones. In line with this idea, ISB Golf Challenge was organized to further strengthen ISB’s connect with the corporate world.

The ISB – Yes Bank Corporate Golf Challenge held on October 31, 2010 at the Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club event witnessed participation from 72 players across various Indian cities. Some of the distinguished guests at the event were Aluri Srinivasa Rao (MD), Morgan Stanley Private Equity, Gouse Mohiuddin (MD), GMC Constructions, Rajendra Prasad Maganti (Chairman and Managing Director) Soma Enterprise Ltd, Y S Roh (MD), Hyundai Motors India, Philip Bensen (MD), Franklin Templeton and Katherine Dhanani (Counsel General), US Consulate

After the game, participants were invited to the ISB campus where the Ajit Rangnekar, Dean of ISB  hosted the High Tea followed by the prize distribution. There were three categories for the winners – 0-9 Handicap, 10-17 handicaps and 18-24 handicaps. Each category had a winner and runner – up. In addition to this there was a prize for the best Net Score and a Lucky Draw.
