Abhishek Kumar
Analyst Abhishek Kumar is an analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business, Mohali. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi and MBA specialized in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. Aman Kabra
Aman Kabra is an Analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business (ISB). An alum of BITS Pilani and Black Belt Certified Professional in Lean Six Sigma, he is the ex-co-founder of Pebble Sierra Academy Private Limited that’s primarily into Lean and Six Sigma professional certification training space. He began his corporate career with InMobi as the Campaign Manager – Global Brand Delivery, handling marketing campaigns for major brands, such as P&G and Nestle, across South East Asian countries.
Prior to his full-time stint with InMobi, Aman has interned with multinational conglomerates including MAHLE, Credit Suisse and Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in the areas of Lean Six Sigma Implementation and Continuous Improvement. He has also interned with Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise at ISB, focusing on the trends in Mergers and Acquisitions for Family Businesses
Arindam Debbarma
Analyst Arindam is an analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business. Prior to joining ISB, Arindam has worked with Samsung India Electronics Limited for more than 3 years. He holds a degree from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta specializing in Operations Management and Marketing. During his two-year program, he has done live projects with industry players such as P&G, Emami, Flipkart.
His primary research interest lies in healthcare operations management. His current project deals with developing intervention strategies to improve population level health outcomes. Among other topics, he is also interested in manufacturing operations management; supply chain management; transportation systems; e-commerce platforms and intermediaries.

Harsh Parekh
Harsh is an analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business. He comes with more than two years of experience in healthcare, operations and supply chain management previously. He has worked as a Research Associate in NITIE and Academic Associate within the area of ‘Production & Quantitative Methods’ in IIM, Ahmedabad. His research interest focus on Decision Modeling (MCDM), Discrete Choice Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Behavioral analysis, Technology Adoption and Diffusion. His recent paper titled ‘Modeling the Internet of Things Adoption Barriers in Food Retail Supply Chains’was published in an A grade journal. Harsh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, University of Mumbai. He has previously interned with MNCs like Endress+Hauser and Greaves Cotton in the area of production.
Hanu Tyagi
Analyst Hanu brings with him 8+ years of experience focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences sector across India, Middle East and the US markets. Prior to joining MIHM, he worked as a Strategy consultant with EY-Parthenon, ZS Associates and with industry players like Ranbaxy Labs Limited. Among other topics, his research interests hover around healthcare policy, regulatory incentives and their impact on business investment, trade-off between access and rewarding innovation and PPP models.
He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from Indian School of Business (ISB) and an bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal. 
Hemanshu Das
Analyst Hemanshu holds a post-graduate degree in management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and is currently an analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management (MIHM), ISB. His work at ISB has a special emphasis on economic evaluations and costing studies of primary care interventions. Prior to joining ISB, Hemanshu was a Global Business Manager at Wipro GmbH, and worked on new-age technologies such as AI and Blockchain. His current project involve costing analysis of private-public engagements and modelling of hypertension disease progression in India. His research interests also include impact evaluation and social network of diseases.
Naireet Ghosh
Analyst Naireet holds a post-graduate degree in management from Indian School of Business (ISB) with a specialization in Operations Management, and a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Prior to joining ISB, Naireet was working in the field of ship design primarily in Singapore and for a brief while in Mumbai. After his post-graduation, instead of taking up a corporate job he chose to make a career in research focused on healthcare operations management. Naireet works at ISB focuses on developing systems to improve the distribution of healthcare products and services in rural India. 
Dr. Nisha Jain
Analyst Dr. Nisha Jain is an Analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business, Mohali. She has UGC-NET in Social Medicine and Community Health and holds a Post-graduation in Public Health Management from Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi (IIPHD) and Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) from BDCH, Himachal Pradesh University. Her areas of interest include planning and implementation of projects, healthcare service management, Maternal & Child Health and Clinical Research.
She has worked with various organizations including Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH), Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), School of Public Health, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) and National Health Mission, Chandigarh under different capacities. She has rich experience in s.project management of research projects, qualitative research, monitoring & evaluation of research studie She has also done research in Tobacco Control and contributed towards study conducted by the School of Public Health, PGIMER, in Chandigarh and Punjab.

Preeti Singh
Analyst Preeti Singh is Analyst at Indian School of Business. Her primary area of interest is health care research and managing high quality projects and programmes on chronic diseases in India. She has expertise in public health and experience from multiple research environments in a multi-disciplinary setting. Her work at ISB has special emphasis on operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and social impact of social enterprises in primary health care.

Prior to joining ISB, Singh has worked as a project officer in a project of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh and WHO SEARO on adolescent health and SDGs. She has worked at Public Health Foundation of India as a project manager in a multi-centric breast cancer project.  At National Health Mission Haryana, she has worked in capacity building of frontline health workers in Essential Newborn Care & Resuscitation. She has done research on breast cancer, adolescent health, and integrated care in India. Singh has a Master of Public Degree from School of Public Health, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh
