Namrata Rajagopal
Vice President Namrata loves to investigate how business and technology can be used to transform the social sector. She worked at Asha Impact, an impact investing fund started by HBS prof, Vikram Gandhi, and Genpact Founder, Pramod Bhasin. She developed their investment thesis on waste management and created a case study on Indore’s Swachh Bharat success story. Her first job was at KPMG India, helping startups get funding. She also started KPMG’s pro-bono consulting program that supported leading NGOs. As a member of Jagriti Yatra, she traveled 8000 kilometers on a train and studied Indian social enterprises.

Vishaka Bagavathyappan
Alumni & Community Outreach Prior to ISB, Vishaka worked for 4 years in Teach For India- 2 years as a teacher and 2 years managing a low income school in Mumbai, impacting 1000+ kids. This rich experience at the grassroots level has enabled her to get insight into the positives and the complex challenges in the education sector in India. Vishaka is extremely passionate about the social sector and strongly believe that collaboration between social sector & business is necessary and powerful. 

Srishti Kalra
Learning & Development With a business economics undergraduate education and fellowship experience at Teach for India, Srishti believes in collective effort of stakeholders for scalable impact and looks forward to leverage the potential of business sector to drive social and environmental change.

Rashmi Hegde
Bandhan Coordinator Rashmi has been a cloud technologist at Fidelity Investments for the past 2 years. During college, she got involved with MAD, a non-profit in the education sector. Volunteering and then working part time for over 4 years, she worked in the role of a Regional Manager and a design strategist where she helped develop solutions to maximize impact to expenditure on ground and set metrics to evaluate it. She is passionate about the aspects of using Tech for Good, especially in the education sector. Outside work, she is always up for a game of PUBG.

Tanvi Deshpande
ISB Impact Forum Coordinator Tanvi is passionate about learning how social impact and business go hand in hand, and believes in ISB students’ potential of building us a responsible and inclusive future. Before ISB, Tanvi worked with the Harvard Business School India Research Center as a case writer, and with a policy research organization in New Delhi where she analyzed key shifts in macroeconomic and agricultural policies. She is especially invested in the education sector, and has interned with several organizations including Pratham Education Foundation and Teach for India.
Divya Sanghvi
Special initiatives Coordinator Divya Sanghvi holds a keen interest in social enterprises and how businesses of the future can be both profitable as well as meaningfully impactful. Innovations in this sector excite her. An avid traveller, she has covered 19 states in India. Her other interests include biking, driving, adventure sports and reading.
Unmesh Mitra
Special initiatives Coordinator Having worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager and Advisor for almost 5 years, Unmesh sees his work in social development and education sector as one of his most significant contribution. He hopes to continue his work in development sector, explore more and scale up to make positive long term impacts.

Abhilash Richard
Marketing Lead After completing his B Tech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Abhilash had a brief stint with IBM before joining the Gandhi Fellowship program. As a Gandhi Fellow, he worked with 5 public schools in the tribal villages of Udaipur for 2 years, to improve the learning outcome of 400+ students. Post fellowship, Abhilash joined Kaivalya Education foundation (KEF) as part of the central strategies team. At KEF, Abhilash was responsible for designing key organisational strategies and improving critical processes in HR, Marketing, operations and Donor Management.

Manmath Goel
Career Development Manmath is passionate about leveraging markets and business skills to solve social problems at scale. Before ISB, Manmath worked at Dasra – a venture philanthropy fund - where he supported investments and provided capacity building support for social businesses in Dasra's portfolio.

Team Mohali
Yashika Fulwani
President

A graduate from SRCC, Yashika intends to lead sustainable social enterprise that creates inclusive communities and improves the quality of life of low-income people. She has worked as a fellow with Teach for India, with a focus on student leadership development and diverse stakeholder management. Her experience includes designing and executing inductive and experiential-based lessons as well as engaging spaces for learning. Co-founder of an after-school community center and an advisor to multiple fellows, she has impacted lives of 1600+ students citywide. She has also worked with KPMG on functional strategy and transformation, effective decision support and efficient operations for CFOs of major Corporations.

 

Garima Gupta
Vice President

Garima is passionate about the potential of technology for impact and has been deeply entrenched in this space. She has built cutting edge products for social impact at SHEROES and Goodera, served as a mentor at Jagriti Yatra 2018 and won the Red Cross award for her work at NSS. She was the best outgoing student at BITS Pilani, completing a Masters in Biological Sciences and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Sakshi Agarwal
Community Coordinator

Sakshi is a Fashion Technology graduate from NIFT, Kolkata. She has over 4.5 years of work experience in more than 10 apparel manufacturing factories across South-East Asia. Passionate about creating impact through her work, she has worked towards reduction of fabric wastage across brands like Levi’s, M&S, etc. She has worked with the inmates of Tihar prison cell and the polio afflicted patients of Narayan Seva Samiti in Udaipur to help them earn a sustainable livelihood. Apart from knowing 6 languages, she is also an amazing chef and a compulsive storyteller.
 

Devanshee Pitty
Special Initiatives Lead

Devanshee is a chartered accountant with two years of experience leading her own CA family practise and one year with EY's assurance service line. She has worked with clients ranging from listed corporates to NGOs across industries. She has served not-for-profits, mainly in the education sector, as the auditor, financial and tax adviser, or process improvements adviser. Other than being associated with social enterprises in professional capacity, she was an active volunteer with an organisation running schools in tribal areas in 30+ states and another student-led organisation, involved in upskilling the urban underprivileged. She strongly believes in the power of education in uplifting entire societies.

 

Vedant Killa
Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Vedant, a VIT alumnus and an electronics engineer by qualification has worked with Honeywell Technology Solutions. He has close to three years of work experience in the aerospace and industrial domains developing product solutions. He has been a weekend teacher with M.A.D, teaching underprivileged school children and mentoring them under the ‘Propel’ project. He believes that true impact is delivered even when a single person’s life is affected. Vedant is passionate about photography, travel and adventure and enjoys playing badminton and volleyball.
 

Abhishek Bhattacharya
Outreach Coordinator

Abhishek has over four and a half years of work experience with GE Aviation (Design engineer for the GE90 product line which powers the Boeing 777 aircraft). He has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. At GE Aviation, he led the Digital initiative by working on data analytics and was awarded the Young Engineer Award. Abhishek is passionate about promoting STEM education amongst the less privileged. He worked with CLICK (Computer Learning Initiative for College Kids) to teach a batch of 10 children computer programming and robotics. He loves playing the guitar, travels regularly, and enjoys playing and following sports.

 

Anisha Mohapatra
Learning & Development Coordinator

Anisha was working with the TATA Consultancy Services Limited for 4.5 years before joining ISB. She has managed end to end strategic business transformation projects for the external clients as well as the company’s leadership. She brings to the table her years of experience in project planning from inception to delivery and multiple stakeholder management.

Besides, she was associated with the TCS CSR group responsible for Blue-collar staff wellness. She drives happiness program that promotes a stress-free work environment. At leisure, in her words, she can be found on roads traveling or trekking to some new place or reading a book.

 

Ashwarya Bhatia
Event Coordinator

Ashwarya worked with EY in risk advisory services for 2.9 years prior to ISB. Besides that, has worked for various social causes for over 10 years now. She co-founded an organization called ABLE Youth in 2010 which provides free education to over 400 children and and subsidized health services to over 2000 under privileged every year. She also cofounded Action for Animal Welfare in 2014 which worked for protection and well being of animals. She loves dancing and travelling and has an economincs degree from Lady Shri Ram College.
 

 

Abhijit
Lead Coordinator Abhijit is a Computer Science engineer born and brought up in Chandigarh. Post a three-year stint at Goldman Sachs, he joined the Teach for India fellowship program in 2016 at Delhi. Apart from achieving holistic development of 120 middle school children belonging to low-income background, he brought about a positive impact in the education of 1500+ children as a fellow advisor and program manager of a citywide project aimed at building scientific temperament. He is passionate about building K-12 education solutions for children by leveraging technology.
