ISB 10K PROJECT

On the momentous occasion of soon crossing an alumni strength of 10000, the School would like to celebrate its alumni.

ISB’s 10K Project intends to recognise alumni contributions over the years, communicate more effectively and continue to engage with alumni in shaping the School’s future. This initiative is particularly directed at accomplishing:

Informed Alumni - Disseminate information on the School, its achievements and progress to the alumni community
Involved Alumni - Engage alumni across different initiatives of the School
Invested Alumni - Partner with alumni in realising the School’s vision

The 10K project provides a platform to contribute towards different priorities of the School by way of intellectual engagement in research, education and practice. Your invaluable support is vital in crafting the growth strategy of the School across various clusters: Admissions, Programmes, Learning and Development, Placements, Executive Education, Research Centres and Institutes and Special Projects.

For example, in the area of new programmes, our faculty - Omesh Kini and Krishnamurthy Vaidyanathan, from the Centre for Analytical Finance, met with ISB alumni from reputed financial companies and banks to seek feedback on the new ‘PGP in Finance’ programme. These alumni are reviewing the programme curriculum to ensure its relevance to industry needs, market potential and pricing, as well as advising on marketing outreach.

The exciting space of DLabs at the School has benefitted from having two alumni on its board. More than 50 alumni are engaged with Acceleration programmes as mentors and investment advisors. An advisory committee has been formed with six alumni to support DLabs on the proposed Angel Network, Pledge Fund and Corporate Investments.

These are just some ways in which the School’s alumni are driving the vision for ISB 2.0.
