Lakshmi Narayanan is a technology industry professional, with over 30 years of experience in Europe, India, and the United States. Lakshmi’s leadership experience includes corporate governance, customer relationship management, and organisation strategy. As a founding member of Cognizant, Lakshmi has been responsible for providing leadership for the company’s high-touch customer relationship and delivery excellence model.

In his role as the Vice Chairman of Cognizant, Lakshmi guides strategic programs around customer advocacy, education, training, and leadership development. He is the past chairman of NASSCOM and was a member of the Board of U.S. India Business Council.

Lakshmi has received awards and recognition from the industry, media, and academia. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Science and has pursuits in inclusive growth, education, and non-profits through Cognizant Foundation and other institutions.

Shri Ramesh Inder Singh, IAS (Retd.)
Chief Information Commissioner, Right to Information Act Shri Ramesh Inder Singh, IAS (Retd.) belonged to 1974 batch of the IAS.
Before taking over his present assignment as Chief Information Commissioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005 on 29th June, 2009, he was Chief Secretary, Punjab.
He has served in the IAS on different assignments with Central Government, and Governments of West Bengal and Punjab. He was Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab, Principal Secretary Department of Industries, Punjab, Managing Director of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation and Punjab Markfed, Director General, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Government of India, apart from serving as Secretary of Departments of Labour and Employment and Department of Cooperation.
He was awarded Padma Shree in 1986 by the President of India for distinguished public service.
He has also worked as a Consultant with the World Bank and taught Political Science at Delhi University before joining the Civil Service.
He is MA in Political Science and a law graduate from Delhi University.

Principal, Deloitte U.S. Consulting, Lead - India MNC program

Parag Saigaonkar is a principal with Deloitte Consulting. Currently he leads the multi-national corporate (MNC) client program in India, an initiative by the Deloitte U.S. Firm and Deloitte India, to help increase market share in India. The program integrates U.S. leadership and leverages principals and directors of the India firm to sell and deliver seamlessly to Deloitte’s priority MNC accounts in India.

From June 2008 and July 2013, Parag was the Regional Managing Director of Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited. He managed a practice of more than 6,000 consulting professionals, across 4 locations in India, delivering business solutions for U.S. and global clients.

Parag began his career with the Canadian Deloitte Firm in 1990, where he primarily focused on servicing Canadian Federal Government clients. In 1995, he moved to Hong Kong to join the Asia-Pacific practice. During his tenure in Hong Kong, he led projects across a wide spectrum of services including business strategy, financial management and operations, and technology implementation. He focused mostly on the telecommunications sector. He has worked extensively across the Asian region in several noteworthy countries like Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, and India. Parag moved from Beijing to India in April 2005 as Managing Director of the Mumbai office, where he presently lives with his wife, Vandana and his two sons, Pranav and Arjun.

Parag holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Ivey Business School in Canada. He is an avid blogger, loves to travel, watch Hindi movies and Canadian sports, and cook Italian food.

Vibha Paul Rishi

Executive Director, Brand and Human Capital, Max India Ltd Vibha Paul Rishi is the Executive Director – Brand and Human Capital of Max India Ltd, a multi business corporate with consolidated revenue of more than two billion USD. Max has business interests primarily in the insurance and healthcare space. Max India is a joint venture partner in Max Life Insurance, Max Bupa and Max Healthcare.

Vibha is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in India and international markets, coupled with an abiding passion for people.

Her last role was as the Director, Marketing and Customer Strategy at the Future Group, India’s largest retail group. Prior to this she spent 17 years at PepsiCo in marketing and innovation roles in India, US and UK. She was one of the founding team employees of PepsiCo when they set up in India. During her PepsiCo India stint, she is remembered for the "Nothing official about it" and “Yeh dil maange more" campaigns, amongst others. She later moved to PepsiCo's headquarters to be a part of its international marketing team and looked after non-Cola brands such as 7up, Miranda and Mountain Dew.

She was also associated with Pratham, a NGO that works to provide education to underprivileged children in India.

Vibha started her career with the Tata Administrative Services and was part of the founding team of Titan Watches.

Vibha is married to Sanjay Rishi and is a mother of two. She is an alumnus of FMS, Delhi.

Senior Vice President & Head of Strategic Marketing, HCL Technologies Krishnan Chatterjee is a multi-disciplinary strategic marketer with 18 years of experience straddling across consumer goods (B2C) and technology (B2B) industries. Currently, the Vice President and Head of Strategic Marketing at HCL Technologies (HCLT), he is acknowledged for incubating the global marketing team and evolving a differential positioning for HCLT.
Krishnan joined HCLT in December 2004. He has been responsible for building marketing strategy and infrastructure to propagate demand creation, thought-leadership stature for HCLT and superior customer experience. He has managed to create a distinctive identity for HCLTby leveraging the EFCS (Employees First Customers Second) management idea.HCLT has gained a significant share of voice in print and digital space in his stewardship.
Under his leadership, HCLT has been felicitated with some eminent Industry awards for IT services marketing includingITSMA Diamond Award for Targeted Demand Creation in 2009, ITSMA Diamond Award for building client loyalty and trust in 2011 and Forrester Groundswell Award in the Management: Innovation System category in 2011. Krishnan is a member of Paul Writer’s CMO Hall of Fame, a platform thatrecognizes senior marketers who are developing and enhancing the marketing eco-system in India. Prior to joining HCLT, Krishnan was with ITC Ltd (India’s largest diversified FMCG major), where he started his career. In the 10-year long stint at ITC across sales and marketing portfolio, he has some distinguished brand launches to his credit, including Wills Lifestyle (a premium apparel retail chain), Wills Sport, John Players (a mass market menswear brand), and 555 (the cigarette brand) in India. More atypically, Krishnan calls himself a frugal/outcome based marketer.
Krishnan holds hisgraduation degree in economics from Presidency College, Calcutta and is an MBA in marketing and strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is an opinion leader on marketing innovation and an active blogger who can be reached at
