Manie Mehrotra
Manie has 4 years of experience across multiple functions including CSR, Government relationship management, Partnerships and Fundraising.

Prior to ISB, she managed fundraising for Mr. Ronnie Screwvala’s Swades Foundation and   raised ~USD 10 Million within a year from marquee corporate houses and ultra high net worth individuals. She has also singularly handled relationships with corporates including Tata Sons, Reckitt Benckiser, HSBC, Mahindra and Coca Cola. Before that Manie was a key member of an entrepreneurial three member team which set up the CSR arm of YES Bank from ground zero. She developed YES! I am the CHANGE, a nationwide film making project aimed at creating social transformation. She was also instrumental in developing YES SCALE UP, an academic program focused on skill training and best organizational practices to aid non-profits achieve impact.

Manie was awarded the prestigious ‘Emerging Professional of the year: Social Sector Category’ at World NGO Award, 2016. She has also authored a paper titled Authored a paper on “Involuntary Displacement vis-a-vis Land Acquisition for Development”.

Venella Gandikota
Vice President Vennela has three years of experience in non-profit management , programme strategy and impact assessment.In her role as a Lead Programme Manager in Pratham Education Foundation, she assisted the CEO to strategize and launch digital learning initiatives across 15 states. She is experienced in designing interventions, measuring & communicating impact and managing stakeholder relationships. 
Subhashini Rajasekaran
L&D Coordinator
Subhashini has 6 years of experience in the Development Sector, focusing on education and skill development, across functions – project management, strategy consulting, CSR, policy implementation and research as well as grassroots level work. A Teach For India Fellow, her last role was as a Consultant with McKinsey & Co. for a unique large scale Public Private Partnership program with Municipal Government of Greater Mumbai, three non-profits & multilateral funding agencies to improve student learning outcomes in over 200 government schools. She also has 2.5 years of technical and pre-sales experience in the IT Services industry. 
Pustav Joshi
CAC Coordinator
Pustav has 3 years of experience as Senior Consultant  with Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations practice, and has been involved in both public and private projects across manufacturing, government, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. His projects have included business strategy, business planning, market entry strategies, policy and implementation evaluations, research and policy formulation. He also has over  two years experience with Chaturvedi & Company, Chartered Accountants in operations, financial and statutory audit of manufacturing companies, service organizations, NGOs, schools, hospitals etc. 
Ambarish Ambuj
Events Coordinator
Mechnical Engineer from IIT Roorkee, Ambarish has worked for about 5 years as a Project manager at Tata Steel in one of the largest greenfield projects of the country. He has the experience of complete lifecycle of project management including design, procurement,construction and commissioning. in addition to regular work, he was a part of a CSR initiative by Tata Steel working toeards improving quality of schools in the vicinity of project areas.
Urvi Mishra
Alumni Affairs Coordinator Urvi has 5.5 years of experience in corporate advisory and nonprofit management roles. Her last role was as an Analyst with World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF-India) in their Strategy & Organizational Planning Team. Urvi's projects have included developing, implementing & monitoring the ‘2020 Strategy Plan’. Additionally, she has actively worked with the senior management team to raise 75% of total project budget from Network partners and formulate and implement an Organizational Development plan focusing on change management. She has also worked with CEB as a Research Associate in their Finance & Strategy Practice generating insights and benchmarking reports for functional areas such as Real Estate, Procurement and Accounting.
Shalini Sharma
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Shalini has 4.5 years of experience in the areas of microfinance, rural banking and IT services. Prior to ISB, Shalini was working as Deputy Manager with State Bank of India looking after rural credit in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. She has served as the point person for implementation of all the major social security schemes launched by the Government of India at grass root level. She has also actively worked with banking correspondents and self help groups to increase penetration of financial services and financial literacy in rural areas.

Sagar Mohan
L&D Volunteer A Chartered Accountant with  four years of experience in Public Sector Undertaking. Sagar's areas of functional expertise include Project Finance, ERP Implementation,Accounting and Audits.His areas of interest include policy formulation an analysis. 

Outside of work, Sagar is an ardent reader and an amateur movie critic.
Team Mohali
Shreyas Habbu

Shreyas has an overall experience of 3.5 years, having worked across varied sectors and roles. He has experience of working in the Manufacturing Industry, Government and Political Consulting.

 As a Global Category Buyer at SKF India Ltd., he worked on sourcing strategies for Indian suppliers of SKF Group supplying across the globe. He handled a spend of 150 Cr (then 22M USD) and was one of the youngest ever to win 2 Premium Club Awards for his performance at SKF.  After working for 2 years at SKF, Shreyas joined the CM Fellowship program of the Government of Maharashtra and contributed to the development and implementation of key government policies of the Government of Maharashtra. He was involved with the Navi Mumbai International Airport project. At the Fellowship, he was stationed at City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra and contributed to other key projects in the Transportation and Communications Department.

Post the fixed tenure Fellowship, Shreyas worked as political consultant and consulted political parties in state elections strategy at Constituency, District, Zone and state levels as a Senior Associate Consultant. He spent a large amount of time on the ground understanding the needs of the people and making suitable suggestions to the political party, its leaders to resolve the issues.

 A dual degree graduate from BITS Pilani University’s Goa Campus, with BE(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and MSc(Hons.) Chemistry, he led the student body as the elected Vice President of the campus.

Dhriti Ahluwalia
Vice President

Dhriti did her graduation in Computer Science Engineering graduate and post-graduation in Public Administration. She has 3 years of experiences across IT, Government and the development sector. Her last role was with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership as a Program Leader in the State Transformation Program Team for the Haryana Government. She has also worked in Government Advisory for Central Square Foundation and Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports.

Dhriti is an avid reader and a ferocious debater who loves to indulge in an eclectic blend of issues- ranging from politics, constitution, society, spirituality, fiction etc.

Shilpa Sood
CAC Coordinator

Shilpa has four years of experience as a software developer at Microsoft India where she developed user experiences for Microsoft Enterprise applications and standardized web accessibility efforts for Microsoft IT software solutions. She was also the Outreach Lead for Microsoft Academy of College Hires where she initiated several CSR projects for Microsoft in the education space. Before joining ISB, her exposure to public policy has been through her internship at NITI Aayog where she revamped the Union Territory website for PMO office and conducted research-analysis on best practices in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector for the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Her experience in the development space also includes working at IIT Bombay to design an English to Hindi document translation platform for the villages in Maharashtra and working as a science teacher at E-Vidyaloka NGO. On a personal front, Shilpa is passionate about technology, a food critic and likes keeping herself updated on the latest dance moves.


Payal Verma
Alumni Relations Coordinator

Payal comes with 3 years of work experience in the Technology Consulting space, specifically in the United States Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry. An engineer by training, she started out as an implementation consultant for Project Solutions across Deloitte’s Application Management suite but eventually transitioned into a techno-functional role as an advisor on Business Consulting projects. She has with worked clients in the Public-Sector Energy and Public-Private Sector Healthcare industries in her role as a Business Implementation Analyst at Deloitte US-India.

 Her last project required that Payal enable a nexus with Legal, Risk and Compliance, Operational and Implementation teams in the Federal and State Regulation domains for Provider Sector Clients to enable better alignment with the changing landscape of healthcare management systems and value-based care as prescribed by the American Health Care Association in the United States. Working across seven states, she drove three process enhancement cycles, identifying and creating value chain improvements to help existing business models engaging with Electronic Medical Record technology adapt to the stricter metrics under the Joint Commission and CMS Guidelines.

 Payal also worked on projects to enable better Key Performance Index management and tracking in the Revenue Cycle and Operational Management zones across 70 primary healthcare provision facilities with a focus on activities leading to large scale revenue kick-backs. In her last role, Payal had the opportunity to serve as a Technology Risk advisor on upcoming mergers in the Provider and Payor space as well as on ongoing legal suits for two clients bracketed under medical negligence and malpractice.
Payal is passionate about holistic workplace environments, and served as the youngest Service Line Lead for the National Inclusion Initiative at Deloitte US-India. At ISB, she concurrently leads the LGBTQ+ SIG initiative. She enjoys reading, is an avid debater and loves a pinch of drama!

Sudha P
Events Coordinator

Sudha has more than 5 years of experience in IT and Banking sectors. She did her masters in Software Engineering and started her career as an intern at Oracle Retail by developing automated solutions for the products and services offered by Oracle. She later joined State Bank of India as Assistant Manager where she has worked across urban, rural and semi-urban areas in Tamil Nadu. Before joining ISB, she was posted as Credit Support officer managing Small and Medium Enterprise Business advances with working capital limit of more than one crore in Pudukkottai District, Tamil Nadu. During her stint at SBI, apart from the regular work she was active in conducting financial inclusion drives and digital banking campaigns to educate people in rural areas about Banking.

She has also interned with eBay, IPC for 6 months and helped create a product that conducted load and performance test on the website.

During her college days, she volunteered for teaching computers for kids at an NGO which works on the education of underprivileged kids. As a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, she has performed on several stages since the age of 6. She loves to read and is very biased towards fiction. Her other interests include movies, travelling and pets especially cats.

Nitin Goyal
Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Having worked for nearly 7 years in Infrastructure Industry across varied domains, Nitin brings in depth expertise on both Business & Technical worlds. Prior to joining ISB, Nitin was working as Manager in Corporate Strategy of L&T, where he spearheaded setting up first of a kind Centre of Excellence in Analytics for L&T. After graduating in electrical engineering from Thapar University, he joined Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as Business development executive, based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, he was instrumental in bagging some of the prestigious projects for L&T in Middle East such as Abu Dhabi Airport, Dubai Airport etc. He further moved internally to Project Management role, based out of Dubai, where he led the planning & project control team, delivering 7 parallel Substation projects on EPC basis to clients in record time.

 Nitin also worked as Executive assistant to CEO & MD of L&T Group. Under this role he oversaw several crucial projects, undertook numerous internal process improvement initiatives & worked with several high-level stakeholders in Corporates & Governments. For his various contributions, he has been constantly recognized by L&T as their Outstanding performer.

 On personal side, Nitin is avid Formula 1 fan & have visited 6 live races around the world. He is also state level player in Table Tennis & a yoga enthusiast.
