Rakesh Retnakaran
PRESIDENT A passionate public speaker, enthralling audience with his wit and confidence on stage is Rakesh’s biggest quality. An engineer from NIT Trichy, before ISB, Rakesh has worked as a consultant with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. His work took him places explaining his love for air-travel. An ardent TED talks follower, his secret dream to become a motivational speaker, introduced Rakesh to the Toastmasters Club. He joined the club in 2017 and has been a very active member since, serving as the Vice-president of his previous club. He has also conducted demo meetings for recently formed clubs. He loves to play chess and is a frisbee champion in the making!
Arjun Rajendran
VICE PRESIDENT - EDUCATION Master at peregrination, Arjun has lived in six different states, changed 11 different schools and eaten all that is there to eat in those places. Before joining ISB, he worked at Ford Motor Company after being placed from VIT, Vellore. First joined Toastmasters at Ford in January 2017. Most active member of the Meme SIG on campus, Arjun loves watching standup comedy, reading non-fiction (favorite authors being Malcolm Gladwell and Eric Barker). He loves to indulge in, oddly enough, reading international news.Arjun’s goal at and post ISB is to get into a leadership position in one of the big corporates. If that doesn’t happen, he has his plan B in place - a trek to Everest Base Camp.
Neha Munshi
VICE PRESIDENT - PUBLIC RELATIONS Chartered Accountant by profession, poet at heart; Neha was born and brought up in the foodie city of Indore. Before dabbling at a career in corporate communication, Neha has worked as a Business Analyst with Aditya Birla Finance Limited, Mumbai. Her love for storytelling introduced Neha to Toastmasters, finally joining the club in 2018 at ISB. She loves to read, write and laugh. She is a fitness freak; and at ISB, Neha has tried her hands at almost everything – from acting in plays to writing one, from sports to winning a cooking competition.
Jagriti Ahuja
VICE PRESIDENT - MEMBERSHIP

Jagriti hails from Faridabad and has grown up watching TED talks. This fuelled in her the desire to become a successful leader, but first an effective communicator. Motivated, she started her Toastmasters journey in 2016. Prior to ISB, Jagriti worked with BCG and The Smart Cube as a Data Analyst and is looking to move to Management Consulting post ISB. Jagriti is an adventure junkie and in her free time, she likes to climb mountains, walk on frozen rivers, and jump off buildings. She enjoys going out to social gatherings as much as she likes staying indoors and reading a book. A firm believer of Carpe Diem who defines life by moments, she doesn’t mind having a conversation over a freshly brewed cup of coffee with red velvet every once in a while!

Snehil Raghav
SECRETARY Engineer by education and performer by passion, Snehil was raised in the City of Joy, Kolkata. Prior to ISB, he worked as a Product developer in Honeywell Technology Solutions in Bangalore. Snehil was unofficially associated with Toastmasters in his corporate organization for a year before finally joining in 2018, in ISB. He loves performing for audiences, be it music, speaking, acting or hosting. A cycling enthusiast and if you see someone whizz past you on two wheels, it'd probably be him. An operations man through and through, that is the function Snehil wants to get into post ISB.
Prakhar Gupta
TREASURER
Hailing from Jodhpur, Rajasthan; Prakhar perfectly fits the definition and description of a Chartered Accountant. Before ISB, Prakhar worked with Reliance Industries Limited, handling indirect taxation. A member of the Toastmasters club since April 2018, Prakhar can have a striking conversation on all matters money. He loves to play chess and in his free time at ISB, he can be found in the swimming pool. Like many others here, Prakhar aspires to land a strategy or tech consulting job post ISB.
Sriteja Kolluri
SERGEANT AT ARMS An aspirational writer who wants to use emerging technology to carve imagination into reality. Sriteja was born and raised in Hyderabad and has worked for about four years in Pune as a Business Analyst at Bajaj Auto Limited. Sriteja’s association with Toastmasters club began at ISB since April 2018.  His hobbies include writing fiction and non-fiction and he is also a part of the LinkedIn Campus Writer program. He is a voracious reader and his current favourites include Shashi Tharoors “An Era of Darkness” and Prakash Iyers “The Habit of Winning”. Post ISB, Sriteja plans to venture into the tech space and create something that changes the way we experience life!

Ronak Poddar
President

Ronak’s journey with Toastmasters began when he was working with Goldman Sachs, prior to joining ISB. An active Toastmaster, he has held various positions in the club he was in earlier. Very fond of speaking, Ronak is a big foodie and a driving enthusiast. Being born and brought up in Shillong, he has completed his Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Post ISB, Ronak wants to pursue a Product Management role in a Technology firm.

 
Utsav Patodia
Vice President- Education
A graduate in Commerce and Accountancy from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Utsav has been an avid debater and has represented his college at the National level. As he bluntly puts it “I thought I was a great speaker until the Ah-counter in a Toastmasters’ meeting told me the no. of “um’s” I had used in my speech”. A Young Leaders’ Program(YLP) admit, Utsav has worked in Corporate Finance and then served a brief stint at the Calcutta Angel Network before joining the Indian School of Business. Utsav has also published several articles in Deloitte Consulting and is a writer for Sportskeeda.com and InsideIIM.com.  At ISB apart from Toastmasters’ you can find him trying really hard to return a clean serve in Table Tennis or master the backhand in Squash !
 
Parth Khandelwal
Vice President - Membership

Parth has always enjoyed all platforms of public speaking, from Model United Nations (as co-chair for international conferences) to high school drama performances. An Electronics Engineer by trade, he worked on electrical designing at an automation firm for four years in Bangkok, Thailand. Having spent most of his life outside India, he can converse in 5 languages and curse in many more. If he’s not blurting “that’s what she said” jokes, he’s either listening to music or following the latest football news.

 
Sarang Tuteja
Vice President - PR

A Petroleum Engineer from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. Prior to joining Indian School of Busyness, Sarang was drilling High Pressure High Temperature Gas wells in one of the most challenging offshore zones in the world. As Night Supervisor of the offshore rig, he was responsible for managing 35-40 personnel and has handled projects worth more than $650 million. He has won Toastmasters International humorous speech contest at Area level. He loves Humans, is a Fitness freak and is on the path to Spiritual bliss.

 
Harsh Jain
Secretary

A computer science engineer and an entrepreneur in Manipal Institute of Technology. Prior to his embark in ISB, he has worked in Samsung Electronics on latest R&D projects that revolutionized the mobile Phone Industry around the world. He likes to explore through mountains for fun, play for fitness, write poetry for the heart and eats crazy for the soul.

 
Darshan Sheth
Treasurer

A Chartered Accountant from Mumbai, Darshan is an avid speaker who enjoys discussing relevant issues and would often be seen actively contributing in insightful conversations. He has worked with 2 MNC’s, Citibank and EY in treasury and tax advisory, engaging in critical client assignments and leading teams. He loves to play various sports such as table tennis, squash and swimming.

 
Vikram Gulati
Sergeant at Arms

After completing Bachelors of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Vikram joined Coal India Ltd, where he worked in different management roles. In the later part of his stint in CIL, he worked with the Planning, Construction and Development department, estimating and allocating the budget for different mining allied capital and revenue activities. He has also cleared all the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) exams and is a green belt six sigma certified by KPMG. He is currently a core member of Toastmasters International Club at Mohali. He aspires to work in business finance roles post MBA.
