Job Purpose

The purpose of the role primarily revolves around working closely with the Institution and the HR Team to support the achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs.

 

The job holder has overall accountability to independently handle (as required) as well as support the HR team in managing the Employee life cycle. This includes but is not limited to end-to-end talent acquisition, supporting all key processes linked with “hire to retire”, employee engagement and supporting the implementation of HR strategy and projects.

 

 

 

Job  Outline

As part of the Human Resources Team at the Indian School of Business, the job holder would be required to manage and deliver on the following key deliverables:

 

1.       Talent Acquisition: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process of roles assigned.

2.       Liaise with HOD’s to assess hiring needs and ensure closure within given TAT’s.

3.       Manage the entire employee life cycle processes starting from Recruitment to exit of the employee.

4.       Engage with all new joiners with an aim to improve the on-boarding experience and scores.

5.       Support the Planning and execution of various on-campus and virtual employee engagement activities.

6.       Support the review and improvisation of existing HR processes within ISB.

 

In addition to managing the employee life cycle, the job holder is expected to assist in various HR projects which may be undertaken at either of the campuses and ensure full support in completion of these time bound projects.

 

The job holder is further required to support the broader HR Team and Key stakeholders as part of day-to-day functioning.

 

Supporting the day-to-day HR operational activities forms an integral part of the role and hence, the incumbent is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of various HR processes and policies and be able to manage and respond to employee queries accordingly.

 

At part of the Human Resources Team at ISB, the person is expected to uphold the values and culture of the Institution and spread awareness around the same within the campus.

4 – 8 years majorly in to handling recruitments and should have worked in high process driven organizations.
