The prestigious Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR) in its Spring 2024 edition included a detailed study conducted on the Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) project by Professor Ram Nidumolu, Professor Vijaya Sunder M and Pavitha Madhira.

The expert team dwelt on concepts like stakeholder management, leadership, and team-building skills and brought to the fore how HMR by adopting a multi-pronged approach converted various challenges into growth opportunities.  The authors underlined that the Hyderabad Metro Rail stands as a testament to the power of a stakeholder mindset in the leadership of complex infrastructure projects.
