Biography

Jayaram is a Chartered Account with over 18 years of experience in M&A, cross border taxation, new customer alliance and strategic expansions, risk management, financial controls, shareholders value creation & investors relationship.

Jayaram started his career as a consultant in KPMG and then worked for listed companies where he had an experience and exposure of listing companies in India (Bombay Stock Exchange) and London Stock Exchange. His forte is managing the affairs of listed company from the angle of compliance and working on operational efficiency.

Being back at school is a good way to push ourselves out of our comfort zone for learning and at ISB, I have a large and diverse cohort which gives me a chance to engage and understand the world from other side.
