Biography

Gattu Siri Chandana Reddy is an entrepreneur and works in her family-run business Balaji Automotive Pvt Ltd. Started by her father in 2004, Balaji Automotive is a dealer for diversified automobiles and ranks 3rd in India for sales & services of John Deere tractors with a current annual turnover of 370 crores.

Ms. Reddy has been working in his family business since my 10th grade. While pursuing her engineering degree, she got an opportunity to start YUKTHA Automotive - a car dealership. In a period of 5 years, she got to work at a ground level and has developed an understanding about the functions of big and small businesses, as well as the thought process of business leaders. These experiences have played a prolific role in shaping her outlook.

Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?
