Biography

Vaibhav Shukla is a lead analyst with the IP Strategy team at Visa. He works closely with the inventor community at Visa in a consultative role and manages the innovation activities and global patent portfolio. A software engineer by education, he quickly diversified into the field of IP Strategy with a desire to work closer with the business. Vaibhav has over a decade of rich experience working with the IP Strategy teams at global bellwethers such as Infosys, Honeywell and has had a successful stint as a project manager with Evalueserve, the leader of IP services in India. In addition to his technical education, he also holds a PGD in Patent Law.
