Richards Bicentennial Distinguished Scholar, and Professor of Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of marketing strategy and technology strategy, customer-focus, innovation and growth strategy, services design and marketing, e-commerce,  customer  relationship  management,  game theory and the management of competition.
