The Registrar's Office at Indian School of Business serves as the primary resource for all student and alum academic records.

The Registrar's Office ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students. It builds secure student data files and sets policies and procedures for their responsible use. It also enforces policies and regulations of the school.

The certificate and transcript for students on outgoing international exchange programmes will be issued only after the completion of course requirements at the exchange school and upon receipt of the transcript from the exchange school.

The transcripts for incoming international exchange students will be issued soon after the CGPA is released for the term during which they were on the exchange programme at ISB.

Please order academic records by clicking the tab "Order for Academic Record". You will be required to log in with your student/alumni ID for authentication; the password is the same as your ISB email ID. This ensures the confidentiality of education records. The portal will guide you through placing an order, including delivery options and fees (see below). You may order as many records as you like in a single session. Academic records can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Record requests are processed in the order they are received, twice daily during business hours – once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Requests received after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Requests placed during holidays will be processed in the order they are received when the office reopens. Email notifications will be sent to the requester after orders are received and processed by the Registrar's Office. You can also track the status of your requests by logging in to the Registrar's Office portal.

NOTE: Graduates of the PGP from the Class of 2013, PGPMAX and MFAB Class of 2015, and graduates of all programmes from the academic year 2016-17 onwards can view, print, and share their records with third parties through Parchment (formerly known as Digitary) secure website. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the documents. The graduate can determine the time frame for accessing, printing, and saving the PDF when sharing the document with third parties. Forwarded copies are digitally certified. We encourage and recommend using this feature of Parchment, as it is a secure option for sharing academic records. Many universities and employers in India and abroad accept documents shared through Parchment.

Records will be mailed to the delivery address mentioned in the form, unless otherwise specified.

Photo identification is required to pick-up Academic Records. 
Duplicate Transcript Fees :
 
The charge for the first copy of the transcript INR 500/- and INR 100/- for each additional copy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal from a Programme:

If a student wants to withdraw from the Programme, the student must apply by filling in the form along with the reason and supporting documents if applicable. The fee refund will be applicable as per the refund policy of the school. Please refer to the refund policy in the student manual.

The Registrar's Office will process the request and update the status. Student can track the request on the portal.

Leave of Absence

Leave of Absence from a Programme:

Leave of absence is not encouraged and will be granted only under exceptional circumstances. The School can grant the student an extended leave of absence (as per the policy in the Student Handbook) for personal or academic reasons.  The student must apply by filling in the details of the form along with the reason and supporting documents if applicable.

The Registrar Office will process the request and update the status. Student can track the request on the portal

Students are expected to attend classes till the request is approved by the Registrar's Office.

Student Background Verification

Student Education Verification

As a student or alum of Indian School of Business, you may occasionally need to provide Employers or other third-party agencies your education verification. The Registrar’s Office at ISB provides the service of Education verification. You will have access to print a proof-of-Education verification through this portal. After you click on  Registrar's Office portal link you can select the Request For Education Verification.

You will be able to print your verification from your browser or request it to be mailed to you or the third party’s email id.

Background Verification of students of Indian School of Business by third party

Third party agencies can get the education verification online for the students at Indian school of business. You can click on Student Background Verification tab in the  Registrar's Office portal and give the details of the student ID and get the proof of education verification. You can either print it or request it to be mailed to any email id.
