In Planning an Entrepreneurial Venture (PaEV) course, ISB PGP students are introduced to the process and practice of entrepreneurship as they make the journey from concept to a new venture. The course will equip students with conceptual frameworks, methods, and tools for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities, evaluating their attractiveness and launching new ventures. This course is focussed on planning a new venture; as such, this course is not relevant for students who are already involved in existing ventures.

In this course, students wil identify and develop an understanding of customer needs and design products/services and business and models that address those needs. Teams conclude this course with promising products/ services/ business models, where they will engage in new venture creation process, including testing the value proposition, identifying strategies for customer acquisition and go-to-market, planning for scale and growth, and raising funds.
