About

Women in Family Business (A Roundtable Discussion on Empowering and Enabling Women to Unlock their Leadership Potential)- November 25, 2023

Recognizing the significant and growing impact of women in family businesses, there arises a pressing need for a dedicated platform to foster dialogue, share experiences, and address the specific gender related challenges and opportunities faced by business families and family businesses in India. A roundtable, attended by both women and men of business families, however primarily focused on issues surrounding participation of women in business is expected to serve as a vital forum for exchanging best practices, exploring innovative strategies, and cultivating a supportive network for gender inclusivity and empowerment of women leaders. Through collective wisdom and shared experiences, we aspire to build a more inclusive and thriving future for family enterprises, one where women's voices are not only heard but also celebrated as a driving force in shaping the future.
