D. Sujatha Cecilia did her initial schooling at St Agnes school  Brussels in Europe where her medium of instruction was French and second language was Flemish. Later when their family returned to India she went to complete schooling at Good shepherd Convent Chennai. She graduated from Stella Maris Chennai and then completed her Msc and MPhil studies at Loyola Chennai.Also cleared the international certification in Travel and Tourism making her trade qualified. 

She got married and settled in Hyderabad in the year 1996 When  she was 26 years she established her own travel company at Hyderabad and made it an International certified travel company today she heads 6 branches in India under the brand name - Across the Monde Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. Estd. 1996. She is also the founder-director of a Training brand ATM Academy for the last 18 years . She also took over her Dads company Around the World travel in 2013 which was based in Tamil Nadu and quickly turned it around and modernised its operations . Her travel company is IATA Certified and is also a member of the American society of travel agents . Her company has won many airline awards and recognitions .Her brand has seen steady growth  and success due to her passion for people and ensuring perfect journeys . A unique place to work where more than 70 % of her team has crossed 20 years as 

She is also on the board of her husband's company Dev T shirts .

She is a very versatile Entrepreneur who has traveled to more than 30 countries. She is very passionate in empowering youth with her experiences and success and hence has been running ATM academy through which they have been teaching hundreds of youth and got them very formidable careers.  She takes credit to have coached students from over 46 countries through the Government run Nisme

Currently she has been Elected as the Secretary for the Travel Agents Association of Andhra and Telangana and drives brilliant ideas and gives inspiration and directions to fellow travel company owners in these states .
