Aadit Palicha is the Founder & CEO of Zepto - India’s fastest-growing e-grocery company valued at $900 Million following its recent Series-D fundraise of $360M from marquee global investors including Y Combinator Continuity, Kaiser Permanente, Nexus Venture Partners, Glade Brook Capital, and Lachy Groom. Palicha, Stanford University dropout, co-founded Zepto in 2021, an enhanced version of its initial grocery startup called Kiranakart that was created to make grocery delivery a seamless experience. Since its inception, Aadit has been the driving force behind taking Zepto to India’s major cities and building a cohesive, high-performance leadership team. Focused on growth and innovations, he spearheads the company’s diverse functions, including business strategy, compliance, delivery approach and expansion across India. His sharp focus on building an ace grocery delivery model in India and tapping the enormous hyper-delivery opportunity has led Zepto to deliver noteworthy success.
