About Programme

The Advanced Management Programme for Infrastructure at ISB has been designed to equip professionals with the ability to deliver large infrastructure needs. They are trained in core disciplines such as Change Management, Dispute Resolution, and Social and Environmental Issues in Infrastructure, besides disciplines such as Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, and Public-Private Partnerships. Financial and project management also form part of the programme.

Who should attend the AMPI?

The AMPI has been designed for executives and professionals who want multidisciplinary competencies within the infrastructure industry. It also aims to inclulcate leadership skills. Those who may join it would include:

Action Learning Project

As part of the programme, students will work in teams of 4 to 7 on existing problems in the industry under the mentorship of ISB faculty. Some projects undertaken by students over the last few years are:

  • Re-envisioning of green retail stores
  • Risk mitigation in road infrastructure projects
  • Sustainability in Hyderabad Metro Rail
  • A comprehensive study of the Eastern Peripheral Expressway
