The Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare (AMPH) at ISB was launched in 2016 as Healthcare Management Programme and was renamed as the Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare in 2017. Since its inception, the programme has had a unique positioning of delivering high-quality management education to mid and senior-level executives from the healthcare delivery industry.

The programme undergoes ISB’s rigorous Assurance of Learning (AoL) process that allows the School to understand whether AMPH participants learnt the objectives stated below.
The learning objectives for the programme have been developed on the AACSB International model and are as follows:
First/second-generation entrepreneurs, Doctor-owners/CXOs of a hospital, clinic or medical diagnostics business looking to upscale management and/or expand operations
Those aspiring to become a facility head or head of a function in a hospital, clinic or medical diagnostics business in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Administration, Customer Care, Quality, Finance or HR
HODs, Senior doctors and Consultants looking to acquire business acumen and participating in strategic business decisions of their organisations and/or Doctors looking to start their own businesses

After graduating from the programme, you will be welcomed into the AMP Alumni Network and the Healthcare Special Interest Group (SIG).
