Bharti Institute of Public Policy (BIPP), Indian School of Business (ISB) welcomed the fifth batch, the Co’21 of Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy (AMPPP) today in an e-ceremony. This hybrid course is designed for senior professionals from both from the Public and Private sectors.
AMPPP is the flagship program of the Institute has been developed in consultation with one of the world’s leading Public Policy schools - The Fletcher School at Tufts University, USA. The average work experience of the current batch is 17.6 years and is a balanced mix of public and private sector participants belonging to the the All India Civil Services, State Governments, Corporates, Banking, Entrepreneurs, and the developmental sector. The in-person graduation ceremony for the Cohort 2019-20 (Batch 4) and Cohort 2020-21 (Batch 5) of the Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy was organised on April 1, 2022, at the Mohali campus. A total of 60 AMPPP students received their certificates from Shri Dushyant Chautala, Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Haryana, who was the chief guest for the day, in the presence of Mr Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Mohali Campus Advisory Board and Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB. The gala ceremony, in which 431 students from the PGP Class of 20 and the four Advanced Management Programmes in Healthcare, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Public Policy received their certificates, was a deferred graduation ceremony for all batches of 2020 in different programmes, as the School had promised the students an in-person ceremony. It was followed by the ISB’s exclusive reunion mega event – Equinox 2022 – which provided an opportunity for all ISB alumni and their families to engage and enjoy through various activities organised by the School over three days, which included live theatre performances, music concerts, DJ nights, children’s workshops, celebrity interactions and much more.
