ISB’s Career Advancement and Professional Development (CAPD) team empowers you to sharpen your skills and align aspirations and learning with high-impact opportunities. Through one-on-one coaching, alumni and industry mentoring, and real-world insights, you gain clarity and confidence to navigate diverse career paths and drive meaningful change.
The Experiential Learning Programme (ELP) is a flagship initiative under The LAB – ISB’s Office for Experiential Learning, designed to develop agile problem solvers who lead with purpose and sustainability. Offered as an elective credit course, the ELP is a live consulting engagement that forms an integral part of the ISB curriculum.
In this program, teams of five ISB students collaborate to address real-world business challenges, delivering effective and implementable solutions that enhance the client’s business potential. By working closely with industry partners, students gain hands-on experience, sharpen their problem-solving skills, and cultivate a global mindset through diverse, high-impact projects.
You will gain access to world-class entrepreneurship ecosystem at ISB through I-Venture which brings together DLabs, AIC ISB and I-Venture Immersive under one roof to foster entrepreneurship and nurture startups. It administers business incubators that provide ‘Start-to-Scale’ support for entrepreneurship and facilitates the conversion of start-ups into profitable entrepreneurial ventures, apart from multidisciplinary research initiatives and academic programs that creates and strengthens entrepreneurial mindset and rigour.
CAPD provides specialised support for international students, including interview tips, research tools for international roles, resume tips for international positions, and more.
