Faculty are the most important assets of the Indian School of Business. Accomplished resident faculty and globally recognised visiting professors from schools such as Wharton, Kellogg, London Business School, Cornell, Chicago, Duke, UCLA, teach during the one-year programme. In addition to teaching, research on key management issues is a critical focus area for all faculty at ISB.



For PGP Co '23, more than 300 companies made more than 1,600 offers for key positions in India and abroad. Some of the international recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, Google, McKinsey, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Lufthansa.

All applicants to the Post Graduate Programme undergo a rigorous application and selection process to ensure that only the brightest and the most accomplished make it to this select cohort.

As an application prerequisite, candidates need to possess:

  • A bachelor's/undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Two years of full-time work experience.
  • A valid GMAT/GRE score
  • TOEFL/IELTS score if the medium of instruction during undergraduate education is not English

Besides the above requirements, every applicant will need to fill out the compulsory sections of the application form and undergo a face-to-face/online interview.
