The Student Engagement and Applied Learning (SEAL) Learning & Development (L&D) acts as a partner in students career development. It provides information and practice sessions for ISB students to help them prepare for their final placement. Beginning with several sessions during Orientation Week and continuing throughout the Academic Terms, these programs help students define their career goal, develop a targeted resume and effective cover letter, and ace the interview.

The SEAL L&D is committed to helping students with a career path that is aligned with their interest, values, and abilities. It provides a guiding framework to help students develop their career strategy. It provides students the implements they need to execute an effective job search

To achieve above objectives, it is important that student must commit to fully examine their capabilities, interests, values, and personality traits to determine a career path that they are passionate about.
