As a consultant, her work was mainly focused on undertaking investment planning, feasibility studies, bid structuring, and business planning for over 15 international and domestic projects. While at Deloitte, Pulkita also led financial modelling and analysis for multiple feasibility assessments. She holds a bachelor’s in financial Investment Analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, class of 2018. Enabling real human progress, she has also focused majorly on developing social enterprises to create large scale impact across communities.
Divya has worked for 3+ years with KPMG as a Risk Consultant. She has worked with 10+ multinational organizations to drive global scale digital transformation initiatives powered by data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. She has also co-authored two thought leaderships in collaboration with NASSCOM and Data Security Council of India on the Global Capability Centre landscape of India. She completed her graduation in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Manipal University, where she was the president of the Model United Nations society. She is an avid traveller and an adventure sports enthusiast.

Vedant is a business graduate from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata. Chasing his passion for solving problems, Vedant has helped a range of organizations solve their most pressing people-related challenges during his stint at McKinsey & Co. More recently, as a second-generation entrepreneur, he helped streamline coal logistics for India’s largest aluminum producer. An ENFJ, Vedant draws most of his energy from the people around him. Serving as the Class Representative for a batch of 30 students as a 12-year-old set him off on his leadership journey - since then, he has led teams of up to 50 people across a range of events, initiatives and organizations. He finds drive in helping people accomplish their potential and likes to channel this by helping students craft applications to universities. Outside of work, he enjoys reading fiction, swimming, and playing tennis; and producing a big-ticket Bollywood film tops his bucket list.

Mohit brings 5 years of experience across business development, managing business operations, and leading strategy teams. A Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, Mohit has worked as an early employee at UpGrad, a leading ed-tech company. At UpGrad, he led a business unit from scratch and scaled the business to become a market leader. He has also worked with the Chief Minister's Office (Govt. Of Maharashtra) and Maharashtra State Innovation Society as a strategy and operations lead with the goal of implementing policies to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the state. Outside his professional life, Mohit has a keen interest in sports. He plays cricket and badminton. He is an avid tennis and Formula 1 fan. He aspires to pick up endurance running and hopes to complete marathons soon.

Sushmita Dutt, an alumnus of Jadavpur University, acquired her degree in Chemical Engineering, finishing as a Gold Medalist in her department. Sushmita’s initial stint was in Energy Management in the Metals and Mining sector, working with Vedanta Ltd. Thereafter, she shifted to the FMCG sector working with GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd, taking charge of Maintenance Planning and Asset Management. After 2.5 years of experience in MNCs, she ventured into entrepreneurship as one of the co-founders of Surgypedia, a medical ed-tech start-up, established with the vision of supporting young budding physicians to achieve excellence in their field. Her work-life aside, Sushmita is also a singer, painter, and fitness-enthusiast, frequently found engaging in sports like badminton & swimming.
Arnab has around 5 years of work experience in a range of fields from supply chain to education and social impact. He is passionate about education and chose to work at the grassroot level to be able to create a difference in the lives of all ages of learners, especially those from marginalized communities. He has previously led the implementation of Cisco's thingQbator program, where through technological interventions, engineering students in India designed and prototyped innovative solutions to social problems. A graduate from IIT Kharagpur, Arnab is also a passionate tennis player, and was on a one-year sabbatical to pursue the game as a full-time professional.
