Pranav is a real estate professional with 8 years of industry experience, having experience in strategy consulting, legal services, and operations. Pranav has worked with leading law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) in the real estate and land team, Pinetree Properties Ltd a Mumbai based real estate development and private equity company and the strategy Consulting team at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL). During this work experience Pranav worked with leading client in real estate as such as Backstone, Brookfield, Canadian Pension Investment Board (CPPIB). For his undergraduate studies, Pranav completed his Bachelors of Law (LLB) from Government Law College, and his Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) from H.R. College, Mumbai University. Pranav has a keen focus on tech enables business models of real estate and infrastructure. Other than real estate Pranav has a keen interest in capital markets and commodities.

Prasoon has about 4 years of total work experience with 2 years being in the American Industrial real estate sector and 2 years in the Indian construction sector. Having worked in the Environmental Consulting and Remediation space in New Jersey and New York, USA he moved back to India and worked as a Project Supervisor on largescale government housing projects in Telangana and  upcoming Manufacturing and Logistics park in Andhra Pradesh.  A thorough infrastructure and environmental person, he holds a Civil Engineering degree from Osmania University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with a specialisation in Energy-Water-Environment Sustainability from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds a keen interest in sustainable infrastructure systems and has even revitalised an ecosystem using rainwater harvesting. He also does endurance activities like long distance cycling, swimming and running.

Vishank is a consultant in Urban Infrastructure and Transportation, and Industrial infrastructure space, with more than 6.5 years of work experience in advisory on investments in large-scale infrastructure projects while working with RITES Ltd. and Simon India Ltd. Vishank has demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills in assessing the feasibility of critical infra projects, having a multiplying impact on the regional economy. As a project manager, responsible for multiple construction sites, Vishank has a proven track record in liaising with internal and external stakeholders for projects worth over $300 million. Vishank is a 2014 Civil Engineering graduate from NIT Kurukshetra and a cook at heart.

Jasmeet has more than 4 years of experience across investment banking and corporate strategy. During his time at J.P. Morgan IB, he worked as an M&A analyst covering the Australian Real Estate market and pitched consolidation opportunities for listed Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Post that, he moved to JioSaavn, where he worked directly with JioSaavn’s senior leadership (CEO, CFO) to optimise JioSaavn’s licensed content acquisition strategy. He is a 2016 engineering graduate from Delhi Technological University and has cleared Level 2 of the CFA (US) examination. He loves playing Poker and has a keen interest in trading derivatives in the Indian Equity markets.

Arpit is passionate about technology and the impact it can have on humanity. In his 6 years of work experience, he has worked in Hero MotoCorp, helping run the billion dollar supply chain of world’s largest automobile manufacturer; and Zomato, scaling up the supply chain of a unicorn start-up.
Apart from work, he is passionate about performing arts and athletics.
