Biography

Mohit is Head of IT at Marsh McLennan – world’s leading professional services firm in risk, strategy and people. At Marsh McLennan, he is responsible for setting up of global service delivery model for complex insurance broking products using latest tools and techniques. A technology evangelist and an experienced Information Technology leader; Mohit has worked in Fortune 500 companies in a wide array of industries including Telecom, Banking, Insurance Broking, and Fintech. He has been in senior roles requiring an execution focus on complex global environments, driving transformations in large Indian and International organisations, building capability, and nurturing talent.

On a personal level, he is a foodie who loves to cook, is an ardent traveller, and a cricket enthusiast with a mission to learn more every day.

Why did you choose PGPMAX?

After 15 + years of leading technology transformations in large Indian and International organizations, I was fascinated by the idea of empowering business results through Technology.
