Kaushal Rampuria is an Assistant Manager at Dev International. Established in 2002, the company provides clients with the highest quality garment accessories such as buttons, stickers, lapel pins, badges and zips among others. The firm has a Pan India presence and a manufacturing unit in China.

Kaushal has been working in the family business for the last three years and looks after the Inventory and Logistics Department. He also helps in the accounts section with a focus on moving to a more digital way.

Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?

The possibility of doing my master's along with continuing my work in the family business with equal time given to both was an important factor in joining PGP MFAB at ISB. Additionally, the chance to network with future leaders of fellow family businesses from a variety of industries and learn from them also played an important role. Finally, the chance of having two terms abroad with a specialized focus on learning about family business practices in those places also helped made me choose ISB.
