The ideal candidate for the PGP MFAB programme is:

1. Academically Qualified: Holds a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification (e.g., CA) at the time of application submission.
2. Professionally Prepared: While work experience is not mandatory, 2–3 years of experience can significantly enhance the learning experience.
3. Committed to Family Business: A member of a family business with a clear intention to lead and grow the enterprise.
