Biography

Abhay is a seasoned Energy Trading and Risk Management Professional with 8+ years of experience in trading and risk reporting, P&L reporting, positional reporting. He holds industrial experience in physical commodities: Power, Oil, Natural Gas, LNG. His expertise includes understanding of entire Trade life cycle and have worked closely in Front, mid and back-office operations and accounting for BA functions. As a Senior Consultant in Wipro, he is responsible for Business Development/Sales for Europe and UK region. With his excellent understanding and problem-solving skills, he has successfully conducted client workshops which led to the growth of business in the said region. His previous experience includes working with consulting firms – Ernst & Young and Sapient Consulting. Throughout his journey, he has been recognized as a Go-to person and subject matter expert in ETRM landscape. Out of the box thinking, team-player and solution-oriented personnel are few of his key strengths for success.
