Biography

Experience in driving sales, business development, and marketing functions. Currently working in the area of providing business intelligence to SME/manufacturing industries in their journey of digital transformation.

Why did you choose PGPpro programme?

The ISB’s PGPPro program is an apt to fit for me. I never wanted to go for a full-time program because I am doing well in my job and did not want to take a break. One of the biggest differences between full-time and executive programs is the rich experience and peer learning from the different age groups of the students. The level of conversation is different, class discussions in the executive program are more practical and based on experience and less hypothetical, also we get to apply our classroom learning at work.

I am in sales and always being into customer-facing roles, so when I am on the ground, real-world work issues are more challenging than they seem in case studies. That is a big advantage, which I feel classroom learnings are applied and tested. There were multiple executive programs available, and figuring out which one is right for me was difficult. Based on my current career path, personal and professional goals, and the level of extracurricular engagement that I can get into along with full-time work, I decided on ISB’s PGPPro which actually has all the elements and gives me the right balance for managing everything.
