Biography

Pavan Shah, is currently working as Asst. General Manager with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Pavan in his 9+ years of experience with SEBI has dealt with policy development and enforcement of regulations concerning primary market and corporate restructurings. In his present role, Pavan Shah works on policy framework for Mutual Funds in India. Prior to joining SEBI, he worked with TCS for 3 years in functional areas.

Pavan Shah is a Gold Medalist in Business Administration, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has completed Financial Risk Manager (FRM) level 1.
