The Action Learning Project helps the participants to work on a predefined problem of their own business. Based on their learnings from the programme, the business owners work on a solution in the form of a project focused on growth and acceleration. The projects will be made individually and presented 45 days from the in-person immersion.

1. Graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Programme (ISB / IIM-B).
2. Owner or co-owner of the business.
3. Significant decision-making authority in the business.
4. Business should have been operational for the last three years.
5. Indicative annual revenue of INR 35 lacs and above.
