To apply under the Early Entry Option for deferred admission to PGP, you will need to have:

1) Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline

2) Valid GMAT / GRE score

3)  Less than 24 months of full-time work experience by class start date 2023

4) TOEFL / IELTS score (only if the language of instruction at the undergraduate study level is not English)

Note:

• GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years from the date you take the test. Since we require the GMAT or GRE for admission, you must take the test before submitting your application. The scores you report must be valid as of the deadline date of the round in which you apply.
• Upon selection through the Early Entry Option, you will join the PGP program in the year in which you complete 24 months of full-time work experience by class start date.

Applicants are evaluated on the basis of the impact they have made in their past professional and personal life. This aspect is assessed through the initiatives that the applicant may have taken, the responsibilities handled and the career progression achieved till date. The one professional evaluation (i.e. recommendation) which forms an important part of the application also helps in gauging the leadership potential of the applicant in a professional setting.

To apply under the Young Leaders Programme for a deferred admission to PGP, you will need to:

1) Be a current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline

2) Be in the pre-final or final year of your graduation or post-graduation

3) Have no full-time work experience (Internships are not considered as full-time work experience)

Note: The Young Leaders Programme follows a 3-stage application process. The requirements vary in each stage.

Upon selection through the Young Leaders Programme, you will join the PGP programme in the year in which you complete 20 months of full-time work experience by Class start date. For more information, visit

If you are a current college student in the pre-final or final year of your graduation/ post-graduation (without any full-time work experience), you are eligible to apply for the Young Leaders Programme (YLP) which gives you a deferred admission to the PGP.

The application process for YLP is split into 3 stages.

Stage I

Fill your personal details, academics, awards & achievements, write an essay, and submit your application.

No GMAT/GRE test score is required in Stage I.

The candidates shortlisted in stage I proceed to Stage II of the application process.

Stage II

Provide a GMAT/GRE score, write 2 more essays, provide your evaluator details, and submit your application.

Your evaluator can be the HOD/ Professor or your Reporting Manager during the internship

The candidates shortlisted in stage II proceed to Stage III of the application process.
