Professor Piyush serves as Associate Professor of Marketing at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. He is a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business, where he teaches Marketing Services and Marketing Management of Healthcare Services. In this Masterclass, Professor Piyush will bring insights on the topic - "The Role of Emerging Technologies on Healthcare Marketing." With his experience in the field of Product and Service Marketing, he will shed light on the transformative impact of data, technology and artificial intelligence innovations on healthcare marketing strategies in enhancing patient engagement and driving better health outcomes.
Faculty Profile
Professor Piyush serves as Associate Professor of Marketing at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. His teaching expertise lies in the domains of Service Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Action Profit Linkage Analysis, social media and Brand Strategy. Professor Piyush is a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business. He is an active member of the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Marketing and the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Service Research.
Professor Piyush holds a PhD from Purdue University, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur. Prior to his academic journey, he worked with global corporates like Cadbury India, Blow Plast Limited and Larsen and Toubro Limited. His contributions include the development of several business case studies published in renowned journals.
