Graduate Student Board

Graduate Student Board
Overview
The GSB is the primary vehicle for coordinating and managing student activities and initiatives, both academic and extracurricular. It represents the interest of PGP students in the Indian School of Business (ISB) administration. The association therefore gives its input to enrich the School’s curriculum. GSB members are elected from the student body after they are about two months into the programme. GSB Core representatives prepare a common minimum platform at the beginning of their tenure and generate regular status reports on their progress and initiatives.

An ISB Merit Scholar, he believes leadership is ultimately measured by ownership, empathy, and execution under pressure. Beyond work, Parth is an avid couch surfer who has stayed with locals across 10+ countries, a swimmer, and an organ donation advocate serving as an Ambassador for India’s largest organ donation NGO- MOHAN Foundation. He takes initiative, gets things done, and lives by the mantra: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are".

He aims to work at the intersection of business and creativity to build impactful creative ventures.
As MCC Director, Vivian’s vision is to build communication that goes beyond serving only current stakeholders and instead focuses on shaping the ISB PGP cohort into a strong and recognizable brand. He believes the cohort’s biggest strength lies in its highly diverse group of 800+ talented individuals, each bringing unique experiences, perspectives, and stories.

Angad Monga
Director, Operations and Sustainability Council
Angad Monga is a Business Graduate from Christ University with nearly 5 years of experience in various forms of consulting at KPMG India. Angad has built his career around solving messy business problems, whether that means identifying revenue leakages, redesigning inefficient processes, or leading large-scale transformation engagements. His professional journey has taken him from analysing risks to managing teams, negotiating with senior stakeholders, and building systems that quietly make things work better.
Angad is driven by a simple instinct: fixing things. Sometimes that means helping teams navigate ambiguity at work, and sometimes it means spending weekends experimenting in the kitchen trying to perfect his butter chicken recipe. A long-time snooker enthusiast and occasional gym-goer, he believes growth often comes from uncomfortable spaces, both professionally and personally.
At ISB, he hopes to build systems that are not only efficient, but genuinely people-centric. His vision for Operations & Sustainability is simple: fewer things to complain about, fewer things to chase, and a campus experience where good operations become almost invisible.
He believes the best systems are the ones you rarely notice, because they just work.
Beyond everything, Angad enjoys binge-watching detective shows.

Siddhartha Roy
Director, Student Life Council

Across any space he has been part of, Siddhartha has believed that strong communities are built not just through ideas and execution, but through the people around them. He has consistently advocated for inclusivity, visibility, and stronger support systems for LGBTQ+ communities and other minority groups, while creating spaces where people feel genuinely comfortable being themselves. As Director, Student Life Council at ISB, he hopes to bring that same approach to campus life, with the aim of making ISB feel like home for every individual in the cohort.
Outside the council, Siddhartha is the kind of person who will remember your name, your story, and exactly what was worrying you last Tuesday. The fastest way onto his bad side though? Say something unkind about Taylor Swift.
