Overview

As a club, we bring together some of the brightest minds, interested in exploring the ever changing dynamics of marketing. The club aims at keeping members abreast with the latest on marketing while integrating the vast experience of its members across  functions and industries such as  Advertising, Research, Sales, Branding communication, Digital marketing, Media to name a few.

We firmly believe that a sound business education is an ideal mix of a world class curriculum and practical learning opportunities. As such, the club strives to create opportunities for members to learn by doing.

Sayantani Nath

A developmental journalist turned marketer, Sayantani has authored over 1000 articles driving real-world impact - which helped a 70-year-old teacher from rural Bengal earn the honor of Padma Shri, or a Zomato delivery agent transform his streetside evening school into a national NGO.

In a career spanning 6 years, her pivot into the world of marketing happened naturally, where she applied her curiosity and creativity to build B2B and B2C brands from ground up. As the Marketing Chief of Staff at the Australian cybersecurity startup Audacix, Sayantani built and led a cross-country team, successfully executed a brand repositioning and worked directly with the CEO to devise the market penetration strategy for US, UK and APAC. A true blue Marketing maniac, Sayantani will always be up for a cup of coffee and a chat about the latest insights from the world of Marketing.

When she’s not talking in 4Ps or 6Cs, Sayantani finds joy in cooking - a passion that took shape in her past cloud kitchen venture. As the Marketing Club President, her aim is to demystify the role of marketing in building future-ready business leaders.

Kashish Arora

Kashish Arora is a commerce graduate from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, who brings together the worlds of finance, marketing, and analytics with a storyteller’s flair. Before joining ISB, she worked at Deloitte USI, where she audited high-growth fintech clients and led data-driven risk assessments. Her journey into business started early with projects at Vahdam and Xestion Advisor, where she streamlined consumer funnels to co-creating user interfaces. Her work has spanned across global markets, offering her a front-row seat on how customer journeys shape business outcomes.

Outside the corporate world, Kashish led marketing strategy as the head of Crimson, The Sports Society of her college, coordinating with her team to deliver high-energy, high-impact campaigns. She believes that numbers tell a story, and she’s always ready to dive in to find the narrative behind the metrics. Beyond her work, you will find her unwinding with a game of badminton or penning poetry, her way of making sense of the world, one verse at a time.

Kriti Gupta

A marketer by craft and a storyteller at heart, Kriti doesn’t just chase growth; she orchestrates it. With over 5 years of experience as a founding marketer at high-growth edtech startups like Stoa and GrowthX, she’s helped scale businesses from zero to ₹15Cr+ in ARR - driven by customer insights rather than ad budgets.

From building acquisition funnels to launching GTM strategies that convert, Kriti operates at the intersection of insight, creativity, and execution for sustainable, predictable growth. Her community initiatives have impacted over 10,000 founders, PMs and marketers across India’s tech ecosystem.

At ISB, she leads the Marketing Club with one core belief: good marketing isn’t about noise, it’s about creating resonance. Her aim? To help peers think in first principles, cut the fluff, and translate ambition into meaningful, measurable impact.

When she’s not building brands or communities, you’ll find her chasing smashes on the TT table, branding her friends’ side projects, or workshopping her next stand-up set - because every great marketer knows the power of story, timing, and a well-landed punchline.

Tanushka Nagpal

Tanushka is a performance and brand marketer with over five years of experience driving growth at some of India’s leading consumer brands, including Noise. She has worked closely with founders and cross-functional teams, managing marketing budgets of over ₹400 crore annually and leading campaigns featuring personalities like Virat Kohli and Taapsee Pannu. Her work spans product launches, marketplace growth, and scaling new categories in highly competitive digital environments.

At ISB, Tanushka hopes to make marketing fun again by blending creative energy with real-world impact. With strong ties to ISB alumni in leadership roles in marketing, she’s keen to bring those industry connections back to campus and help shape the next wave of marketers and storytellers. Beyond work, Tanushka is a big book bug and helps out a book club in Gurgaon in her free time. She will be usually found at a cafe, eating ramen and reading her favorite Emily Henry book.
