Professional Club
Operations Management Club
Overview
The Manufacturing and Operations Club a.k.a ManOps is one of the oldest professional clubs of ISB and has ~75 members across the campuses. Operations as a function find applications in various industries and has attracted members from various industries such as Manufacturing, IT/IS, Armed Forces, FMCG, and so on. The varied pre-ISB functions and industries of its members make this club a vibrant cauldron of mixing ideas and perspectives regarding the application and evolution of Operations across projects.
The club is led by a core team of 9 people from various industries ranging from Oil & Gas to the Merchant Navy averaging a workex of ~ 5 years. It caters to the desire to further learn and explore applications of Operations through various skill development workshops such as Six Sigma, Operations Excellence workshops and supporting cross-functional skills such as Data Analytics and visualization. To further keep up with the actual happenings and future of Operations in the industry regular sessions involving experts from different operations-heavy industries are conducted. For practical applications of ideas and concepts learnt, the club also hosts quizzes and case crunches often in collaboration with different clubs. In addition to all of the above, ManOps club has its own bi-weekly newsletter in which it summarizes and disseminates Operations/Manufacturing/Supply Chain news and happening across the world to cohort.
ManOps hopes to pique the interest of the cohort in the area of Operations which is present in almost every aspect of our professional and personal lives and nudge the cohort to explore a career in Operations and at least learn the concepts through various Electives, Certification courses and case studies

Aditya Dubey
President
Aditya Dubey is an IIT Roorkee graduate and Gazetted Officer at the Department of Atomic Energy with over 6 years of experience delivering strategic EPC projects critical to India’s nuclear power program.
My work has involved leading large-scale commissioning projects, driving digital process optimization, and collaborating with government bodies, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Passionate about operational excellence and technology-driven transformation, I currently serve as President of the Operations Management Club at Indian School of Business, where I aim to build a collaborative platform connecting students, industry leaders, and academia through impactful learning and leadership initiatives.

Bethi Sai Shirish Reddy
Vice President
Shirish is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Madras. Before joining ISB, he was doing what most people only read about in textbooks - building operations from scratch across Med-Tech, FMCG, and Pharma. From greenfield manufacturing lines to large-scale supply chain ramp-ups, he has been where the action actually is - building, scaling, and fixing operations across industries, under real pressure.
What drives him is a simple but powerful conviction: Operations is not a back-office function. It is the strategic backbone of every business which makes it one of the most exciting and wide-open career paths a business school can offer.
As Vice President of the Operations Management Club, Shirish's mission is clear - to make sure no one at ISB leaves without knowing every Ops role that exists, understanding what each one demands, and finding the path where they will truly thrive. Whether that's Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Consulting, Tech Ops, or a startup - his goal is to build the Clarity, Capability, and Connections that make that choice possible.
He is a cricket enthusiast, a trekker who has summited Kedarkantha at 12,500 feet, and someone who believes that the best Ops lessons are always learned the hard way - and that's exactly what makes them stick.

President

Outside of work, Rohan has represented DTU at national and international level as part of the UAV team. He also likes gaming, following football and exploring social sciences.
