Isb PGP Radio Club

Social Club
Radio Club
Overview
The ISB Radio club was launched amidst great fanfare on December 3, 2006.
The club taps into the pulse of the campus by creating and curating content and playlists that is relevant to students and families across campuses, be it interviews, campus updates, quizzes, life or culture. We are in process of making ISB Radio club as medium to discover new stories by programs like Tete-a-Tete, to make study interactive by “Class Ke Pehle” and many more lined-up for the year. Apart from just tuning, we want our peers to know more about what goes behind running a successful radio show by guest speaker sessions and by becoming RJ for the show.
Diverse team of ISB Radio Club works relentlessly to broadcast unique content simultaneously across the Mohali and Hyderabad campuses, creating an opportunity to unwind and bind for every listener.
Tune in to find out more!

Ishita Kapoor
President
Once a software developer at Boeing, and a forever curious soul, Ishita believes the best stories don’t just deserve to be told-they deserve to be felt. She’s edited college magazines, hosted stages, led public speaking sessions-and somewhere along the way, earned a reputation as a full-time chatterbox. From debugging code to decoding narratives, from meetings to meaningful moments, she is here to turn everyday interactions into something worth listening to.
Now at ISB and as President of the Radio Club, she’s building a space that captures the pulse of the cohort-funny, thoughtful, chaotic, and deeply human. Whether it’s a tech talk, an honest conversation, or a playlist that says what words can’t, she’s here to make sure ISB doesn’t just scroll past-it tunes in.

Nandita Khajuria
Vice President
Nandita believes every complex idea has a story and she’s here to tell it well. At Citibank, she spent her time with complex data, building tools that help make smarter decisions, and quietly geeking out over models most people would run from. She loves turning the abstract into something you can actually understand-and maybe even enjoy.
Outside the day job, she’s written short films (critically acclaimed by friends and family), conducted interviews on intersectional marginalization, and has a weirdly effective way of making people open up. Whether it’s research, gossip, or just a great playlist, she’s always tuning into what makes people tick. As the Radio Club VP she’s here to make ISB’s audio scene as sharp, fun, and insightful as the conversations you have at 2 AM in the quad. Expect stories with heart, segments with bite, and audio you’ll actually want to hit play on.

Hardik Beniwal
President
Hardik is a graduate in Management Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, where he specialized in finance. He has worked extensively across sectors like AgriTech, FMCG, and B2B distribution. As an early team member at Poshn, an agritech startup, he played a pivotal role in launching and scaling multiple categories and channels, while also contributing to operations, product development, and investor relations. With a knack for building from 0 to 1, he led critical projects. His diverse experience gives him a unique lens on strategy, execution, and team building.
Passionate about storytelling and communication, he aims to bring fresh energy to campus audio content and student-led conversations. Outside the classroom, he’s deeply interested in Indian philosophy, international relations, MMA, and health science. He’s also an avid reader and has performed at open mic comedy events, always on the lookout for ideas that inspire, challenge, and entertain.

Ayush Jain
Vice President
Ayush Jain is an engineer by education and a finance professional by experience, with a strong passion for storytelling. After graduating from Thapar University in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, he began his career at Convrse.ai, a Web3 AI startup, and later moved into private markets with Oxane Partners. There, he managed portfolios worth over $75 billion across asset classes like CLOs, RMBS, CRE, and PE/VC. He also brings hands-on experience from the energy and steel sectors, particularly in supply chain, logistics, and B2B operations.
At ISB, Ayush leads the Radio Club with a vision to make it a vibrant, student-driven audio platform. From hosting alumni and industry podcasts to creating engaging campus content, he’s focused on amplifying student voices and building a culture of connection through sound. His goal is to leave behind a legacy of stories that the ISB community can smile back on and future batches can build upon.
