Shubhi Singhal

Vice President

Shubhi is an Economics graduate from Hansraj College, Delhi University with three years of experience at Goldman Sachs, where she worked across Equity Capital Markets and the TMT sector within the Investment Banking team. Her time there gave her a strong grounding in financial analysis, industry research, and stakeholder management.

More recently, she stepped into entrepreneurship, founding a café in Delhi, an experience that taught her as much about resilience and community as it did about running a business. She has a few more projects in the works, including building a boutique homestay in Uttarakhand.

Through Women in Business club, Shubhi hopes to create a community where every member feels confident enough to put their ideas out into the world, safe enough to stumble, and supported enough to get back up and try again. She holds a strong belief that the corporate world was not built with women in mind, and she is determined to change that, one conversation, one initiative, and one solution at a time.

Outside of work, you will find Shubhi with a sketchpad, a table tennis racket, or occasionally a boarding pass. She is equally at home lost in a canvas, mid rally on the court, or navigating a new city, and brings that same curiosity and energy into everything she does.
