PGP MFAB candidates must demonstrate a genuine commitment to advancing their family enterprise legacy. A candidate must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and be an active family business member committed to advancing their enterprise. While no mandatory work experience is necessary, 2-4 years of business exposure enhances programme outcomes. Our selective process prioritises applicants demonstrating genuine passion for creating impact while balancing tradition with innovation.
Applications are open for the PGP MFAB Class of 2027-28.
We operate a staggered admission process with two deadlines for each intake. While competition is the same across all rounds, the earlier you gain admission, the more time you will have to secure financing and arrange related logistics. PGP MFAB is a pioneering programme in family business management, combining distinguished faculty, a thoughtfully designed curriculum, experiential learning, international exposure, and access to the ISB network to help family business leaders strengthen their enterprises and navigate growth, governance, and transformation with greater confidence.
No. PGP MFAB is a modular programme where in-person sessions are held for a week every four to six weeks. Participants are required to be present at one of two ISB campuses (Hyderabad & Mohali) as per the course schedule.
All classes for the programme are held on the ISB campuses in Hyderabad and/or Mohali. The international module is conducted at the specified location outside India.
Graduates will receive a certificate of completion of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business from ISB. For the international immersion module, you will receive a certificate of completion from the respective affiliated global B-school.
