ISB’s PGP PRO matches the rigour of an Executive MBA. However, since Indian regulations do not allow independent institutions to grant a Master’s degree, we provide a Postgraduate Certification for the same.
No. ISB PGP PRO is a part-time, classroom-based programme where in-person sessions are held on weekends. Participants are required to be present at the course location as per the course schedule
ISB PGP PRO is specifically designed for mid-level professionals with 5+ years of work experience while the PGP is suited for early-career professionals with 2+ years of experience. PGP PRO is also part-time, offering weekend classes to accommodate working executives, while PGP requires full-time commitment.
Yes, the PGP PRO programme requires mandatory attendance. The programme is delivered through in-person classes on weekends. We do not offer online alternatives as classroom learning, peer interactions, and discussions are integral to our programme experience.
No, there is no entrance test for our PGP PRO admissions. Participants are selected based on academic background, professional experience, and interview performance. You can check our Eligibility & Requirements section for more details.
We do not encourage deferrals. In exceptional circumstances, a deferral may be granted upon submission of documentary proof supporting your reasons for deferral. Deferral is granted for a maximum of one year, beyond which you will need to reapply. A non-refundable deferral fee is applicable in addition to the admission fee to secure your place for the next batch. The deferral fee is adjusted in your programme fee when you join the programme. Please note that the programme fee is subject to change depending on the year of joining.
If your deferral plea is not accepted, you will have to reapply to the programme.
We will strive to process all applications as soon as we receive them and respond at the earliest. You can expect a response within 45 days.
Yes, all selected applicants must attend an interview with our panel. This gives us the opportunity to listen to your experiences first-hand and make a qualified judgment. Interviews are typically conducted in person. Teleconference or video conference interviews may be requested in some cases.
No, the application fee is non-refundable.
No, the admission fee is non-refundable.
Tuition fee refunds are dependent on the timing of your decision and the refund policy applicable at that time. Please check the refund policy section for details.
In case a student must withdraw from the programme for academic, personal or administrative reasons, the student will be eligible for a prorated refund for only the remaining terms, provided the student has paid for those terms in advance. No refund will be provided for the terms which have already commenced or completed. The programme office reserves the right to deduct additional amounts that have been paid in advance to vendors for boarding and lodging or other non-negotiable facilities that cannot be recovered by ISB.
All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarship. However, scholarship is awarded to most-deserving candidates with a financial need. The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to make this decision based on their judgement.
The scholarship covers a partial amount of the overall tuition fee. Additional expenses such as the admission fee, application fee, domestic and international travel, boarding and lodging, and incidental expenses must be borne by the participant. All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarship. However, we advise applicants with a pressing financial need to indicate the same in their application and submit a Scholarship Essay stating why they believe they are most-deserving.
