Cultivate the ability to cut through complexity in key decision-making scenarios through logical arguments, recognising key issues in ambiguous situations, and synthesising cross-functional insights, to drive high-impact solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of global forces that shape business, including competition, policy, geopolitics, and customer dynamics with cultural sensitivity.
Learn the functionality of principled, high-stakes decision-making that is rooted in a deep awareness of their impact on stakeholders, communities, and the environment. Grow into a leader who ensures sustainability, ethics, and long-term value creation.
Pedagogy
PGP PRO accommodates the flexible schedules and diverse learning requirements of our cohort. Keeping in line with global practices, our teaching pedagogy combines online course modules, weekend classes, lectures, seminars, and real-life case studies to ensure a holistic discourse.
Online Preparatory Modules
To set students up for success, PGP PRO offers online pre-term modules. Designed by our faculty, this provides a refresher on quantitative analysis, accounting, and finance to keep students up to speed once the term begins.
Pre-Course Reading Material
To prepare for classroom sessions and discussions, all participants are provided with pre-course reading materials in the form of textbooks, cases, articles, and guides. These are made available in advance. It is recommended that all participants spend 8 to 10 hours a week studying these materials before classes each term. Online assessments and pre-course projects are also incorporated into the programme to further reinforce learning and drive measurable outcomes.
Online Component
The programme integrates online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous, to enhance comprehension and engagement. This approach empowers participants to grasp key concepts before in-person sessions and reinforces learning through structured wrap-ups.
Classroom Discussion
Classroom discussions and peer interactions are an integral part of ISB’s learning culture. Our cohort comprises participants from diverse fields and discussions encourage varying perspectives and multi-functional learning.
Cases
ISB’s emphasis on real-world applications translates into cases and studies that are discussed and debated. These are chosen from multiple sectors, industries, and geographies to provide a holistic understanding of management concepts and their applicability in practical scenarios.
