Introduction

As an ISB student/alumnus, you are the quintessential ambassador for our programmes - you possess a deep understanding of their impact. Your personal insights and genuine passion communicate their true impact more effectively than anyone else can. We invite you to recommend friends, family, colleagues, or peers who could excel in this transformational journey. Think of high-potential individuals who can drive industry and societal impact -those demonstrating leadership, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.

  • Purpose: To encourage alumni and current students to refer prospective candidates to PGP PRO.
  • Benefits: Strengthens the applicant pool, enhances cohort diversity, and engages the ISB alumni and student community. Personal referrals carry real weight. When you champion someone, you demonstrate your belief in their potential to flourish at ISB.
  • ISB encourages its current students and alumni to refer friends, colleagues, and family members to the programme, provided it aligns with their professional and educational aspirations. As part of our commitment to expanding the ISB community and strengthening our alumni network, this policy supports referrals from individuals who understand the value of the ISB learning experience.
  • This policy outlines the process through which current students and alumni can refer prospective candidates who may be a strong fit for PGP PRO.
  • Referrer: Must be a student or alumnus in good standing from any programme within the PGP Suite (PGP, PGP YL, PGP MAX, PGP MFAB, or PGP PRO).
  • The referral must be submitted before the prospective candidate begins their PGP PRO application. Self-referrals will not be considered.
  • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referrer’s influence in their decision to apply to ISB during the application process and must begin the programme within one year of the referral.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the designated online form available on the respective programme website.
  • Individuals who have already been referred or who have already started their application process are not eligible under this policy.
  • All referred candidates will be reviewed as part of the standard ISB admissions evaluation process.

Referral is Valid Only If

  • The alumnus or student completes the online referral form, and the referred candidate completes the online application form.
  • The referred candidate enrols in the programme, completes Orientation Week, and remains in good standing.
  • The referred candidate has no outstanding payments or disciplinary issues with the School.
  • There is no limit to the number of candidates a student or alumnus can refer during a given admissions cycle.
  • A referral will be considered valid only if the referred candidate receives an offer of admission and successfully joins the programme.
  • The School reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.
  • ISB reserves the right to change the format of the student referral scheme, amend the terms and conditions, or withdraw the scheme at its discretion.
  • All decisions related to the referral programme will be final and governed by the policies and changes instituted by the School.
