He is a well-regarded expert in various aspects of family business management, including the creation and implementation of family constitutions, succession and estate planning, professionalising operations, enhancing board effectiveness, developing the next generation, facilitating amicable separations, and fostering a strong performance culture. With over twenty years of experience, Anil has worked with more than 250 family businesses across South Asia, ranging from small to large enterprises, including notable names like Godrej, GMR Group, Dalmia Bharat, DCM Shriram, and SRF. He has developed a method that significantly reduces the time required to create a family business constitution from 2-3 years to 6-8 months, with a strong emphasis on effective implementation. His work has been featured in a case study film by Kellogg School of Management and Indian School of Business. Anil also conducts workshops for various organisations including CII-FBN, FICCI FLO, YPO, EO, Young Indians, AIMA, ICAI, etc. He has authored the book "Triumph of Togetherness," endorsed by prominent industry leaders such as Adi Godrej (Chairman Godrej Group), G.M.
