Job Purpose

To provide overall technology and data Management support for ENACTS Odisha PMU

 Job Outline

The Project Coordinator (Tech) will play a crucial role in developing and managing technology tools including software, systems, dashboards in close coordination with the BIPP technology team for the ENACTS activities in Odisha.

Desirable Experience

B.E./ B. Tech/M. Tech/ MCA from a recognised institute/university

Required

·       Strong understanding of data management

·       Sound knowledge on data analysis and reporting

·       Experience on design and management of tech-enabled dashboards

·       Advance level understanding of MS Excel

Desired

·       Moderate to Advanced level understanding on Python/R/SPSS/MS Power BI

·       Experience of working with large scale government/public sector data

 2 to 7 years

Data Management:

·       Collate, clean and upload the project related primary and secondary data points on internal tools

·       Coordinate with various project resources for timely collection of data points for project related consumption

Data Analysis & Reporting:

·       Analyse various data points for providing field and administrative resources with required inputs for quick decision making

·       Prepare analytical reports for the consumption of internal and external stakeholders

3.

Dashboard & technical tool design & management

·       Work closely with BIPP technology team for the design and development of project dashboards

·       Develop tools for field surveys, baselines and other project related activities

4.

Training & Capacity building:

·       Train field level resources on proper usage of various technical tools for continuous project monitoring

·       Build capacities of internal and external resources for efficient usage of technology solutions

20%
