On June 04, 2017, the founding classes of Healthcare Management Programme, Leadership Programme in Infrastructure Management, and the second class of Management Programme in Manufacturing and Operations will graduate from the Indian School of Business. In total, 100 students across three programmes will be graduating.
The School recognised the need for developing management research insights, and building capacity and leaders in critical industries in India when the School's Mohali campus was set-up in 2012. It, therefore, developed the four specialist Institutes with focus areas in Public Policy, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Management.
Each of these specialist Institutes run a one-year mid-career modular programme, for professionals from their focus sector, with an objective to create leaders within these industries. The Management Programme in Public Policy has been designed by Bharti Institute of Infrastructure Management; Healthcare Management Programme by Max Institute of Healthcare Management; Leadership Programme in Infrastructure Management by Punj Lloyd Institute of Infrastructure Management; and Management Programme in Manufacturing and Operations by Munjal Institute of Global Manufacturing.
