Revathi Advaithi assumed the role of CEO in February 2019 and is responsible for architecting the company’s strategic direction and leading Flex through a transformation that is defining a new era in manufacturing. Along with Flex’s strong workforce over 160,000 spanning 30 countries and 100 Sites, she is focused on driving technology innovation, supply chain, and responsible, sustainable manufacturing solutions across various industries and end markets.

Revathi currently serves on the Board of Directors of Uber and Catalyst.org. She is also a member of the Business Roundtable, MIT CEO Advisory Board and the Catalyst CEO Champions for Change initiative. Not only this, but she was also recognized as one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business list for two consecutive years (2020, 2019) and named one of Business Today’s Most Powerful Women in India (2020).
