Zinnov-Indian School of Business Leadership and Innovation Session
Over the last decade-and-a-half, Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India have scripted a story of success. India accounts for 45% of GCCs worldwide, employing more than 1.3 million people and generating USD 33.8 billion in annual revenue (FY20).
Professor Rajendra Srivastava addressed a room with leaders from GCCs across the nation, talking about the growth journey of GCCs in India. The session highlighted the role of innovation and the growth of India as a tech brand in the past decade. The discussion forum highlighted the growth discounts and the risk premiums aligned to human capital and technology-enabled growth for organizations.
With growing investments and a focus on R&D, the future looks even more promising for the GCCs in India. Working together in the future, ISB Centre for Business Innovation would assist the GCCs to evolve and take Indian innovations back to headquarters.
