ISB hosts foreign diplomats for a two-day familiarisation programme

The Indian School of Business (ISB) organised a two-day familiarsation programme on November 10 and 11, at its Mohali campus, for 13 members of the international diplomatic community who are stationed in India.

The programme informed the participants about ISB's academic and research capabilities and brought to the fore its thought leadership in management education and the catalytic role played by ISB in fostering world-class research, programmes and partnerships.

For Malaysian diplomat Ms Nuramira Akmal Binti Mustapa, the two-day visit to ISB left an incredible impact. “I gained a lot of information and experience throughout this programme. The visit to the Atal Incubation Centre at Mohali was intellectually impactful,” said Ms Nuramira, Counsellor (Political) High Commission of Malaysia in New Delhi.

“This is one very organised institution I have ever come across. It is run by people who have spiritual intelligence. I wish them all the best. Keep up the good work,” said Mr Thabang Linus Kholumo, Chargé ď Affaires a.i., High Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho in New Delhi.

The programme familiarised the foreign diplomats about ISB’s ongoing initiatives aimed at realising its vision of creating leaders for the future through its programmes, management research, international partnerships, and outreach.

ISB is a focus-oriented institution, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my High Commission and my country.
